Precision-Farming with liquid manure
The future is now!
Due to ever new challenges, such as rising mineral fertilizer prices, dry periods and heavy rainfall events, targeted, needs-based, efficient and sustainable fertilization has become an economic success factor for farmers. Sub-areas are assessed separately and differences in soil and yield capacity are taken into account when applying nutrients. Smart farming conserves limited resources, protects the environment and controls the amount of fertilizer used.
Especially during long and stressful working days, it is all the more important to relieve the user with digital solutions. Zunhammer Smart Farming products are established in practice and specially tailored to the needs of agriculture. From simple control to high-end nutrient measurement, there is something for every user and farm.
In recent years, Zunhammer has optimized organic plant nutrition with several innovations. The combination of ECO-Duo Vario and FLUSTO valves with VAN-Control nutrient measurement and Zunhammer ISOBUS raises organic fertilization to an unprecedented level. In future, manure can be distributed as precisely as with mineral fertilizers. This saves fertilizer costs and increases yields. The farmer is delighted with the low cost and yet maximum precision when spreading his fertilizer.

ISOBUS CCI-TERMINAL
Thanks to the ISOBUS software, Zunhammer slurry tankers can be operated, controlled and adjusted quickly and easily via the tractor’s existing infrastructure. The main focus is on compatibility with all tractor manufacturers on the market. The software is therefore subjected to regular AEF tests.
- Simple and standardized operation of device-specific displays
- Communication between tractor and implement
- Control of all functions via the ISOBUS terminal in the tractor
- Increased ease of use
- Improvement of data management
- Easier integration of tractor and slurry tanker data in Agrioffice and the field database
- AEF certification

VAN Control dual
By recording the ingredients during the filling process, the plants can be optimally supplied. Knowing the composition of the liquid manure allows mineral fertilizers to be saved and consistently high yields to be achieved. This increases the profitability of the farm. The VAN Control dual is seamlessly integrated into the control system of the ISOBUS machine. Sub-area-specific liquid manure fertilization, optimization of downstream fertilizer application, automated documentation, saving valuable resources and environmental protection are just some of the advantages.
- Nutrient-based liquid manure application: Use of liquid manure like mineral fertilizer, targeted according to the user’s specifications
- Direct nutrient analysis of liquid manure, substrates and harvested crops
- Measurement of total nitrogen, ammonium-N, phosphate, potash and dry matter content
- Documentation of the applied nutrient quantities in accordance with the requirements of the Fertilizer Ordinance
(in combination with the VAN Control dual maintenance contract) - Reliable operation even at high or low temperatures
- High measuring accuracy thanks to measurements every second
- One calibration model for all liquid fertilizers
- Storage of one measured value per minute
- Operation via any ISOBUS-capable terminal
- No calibration measures for the user

ECO-Duo Vario
Maximum precision in the application of farm fertilizer
- Determination of plant nutrient requirements using application maps within small areas
- Precise control of fertilizer quantities and the option of switching off individual sections via our ECO-Duo Vario in conjunction with our FLUSTO valves
- Two positive displacement pumps that are controlled and driven individually and independently of each other
- ECO-Duo Vario is based on ISOBUS and is compatible with advanced CCI terminals
FLUSTO automatic shut-off valve
Fully automatic Section-Control regulation of the working width of slurry distributors is inconceivable without automatable shut-off valves for individual spreading nozzles.
The FLUSTO valve has an innovative design for fast and uncomplicated shut-off of the slurry flow in a slurry hose leading to the outlet of the distributor nozzle. The process is controlled fully automatically via ISOBUS.
- Full passage without obstacle Step
- Transparency enables error detection
- No tools required for troubleshooting
- Low pressure below 2 bar saves air volume
- High restoring forces of the slurry hose
- Foreign bodies are trapped in the slurry
- Fully automatic pneumatic control

Section Control
Sub-area-specific fertilization
The task of Section Control is to automatically switch off individual sections or even the entire attachment. This not only keeps the headland clean, but also complies with legal requirements for water protection and saves important resources. Unworked or even double-worked areas are avoided. Zunhammer slurry tankers work with hydrostats in the section control area. The required amount of liquid manure is automatically adjusted to the set working width quickly and reliably.
- Up to thirteen sections can be switched off automatically
- Each individual hose can be switched off via Flusto
- Precise connection driving
- No overlap
- Clean headland
- Driver relief
Agrirouter
The data exchange platform
The Agrirouter is a data exchange platform that links machines and agricultural software and simplifies processes. Operational decisions can be shared with machines and companies without additional effort. The user has full control over who has access to the data. Exchange nodes can be added or removed at any time. Information that is passed on incorrectly is therefore a thing of the past.
Online data transfer
- Data transfer between different machines and the office without additional hardware
- Data transfer from the ISOBUS terminal via WLAN or mobile network
- Data format ISO XML standard
- Facilitation of the work process
- Communication with most agricultural software solutions
