Pump tankers
The PROFI tanker PKE is characterized by its glass-fibre reinforced plastic tank (GRP) with a tank length of 6.80 m and a volume of 20 to 22 m³. The unladen weight without distribution rods is just under 10 tons – several tons lighter than a comparable steel tank. Thanks to the rotary lobe pumps positioned centrally at the front and the RotaCut® cutterbar, the drawbar load remains within the StVZO-compliant range even with distributor linkages up to 36 m working width. ISOBUS application control, Section Control and the HYTRA® axle are integrated as standard.

HYTRA® axle
Hydraulically sprung, precisely steered
The HYTRA® axle combines hydraulic suspension with Ackermann steering in the steering trapeze. The track rod and steering cylinder are protected behind the axle center tube. Less ground damage, smooth road travel, stable ride even on slopes.
GRP lightweight construction
Less weight. More three-point hitch.
Thanks to its lightweight construction and the glass-fiber reinforced plastic tank, the vehicle is several tons lighter than alternatives made of steel – and still allows up to 6 t technically permissible drawbar load at the three-point hitch (Cat. 4). Larger distributors up to 36 m working width, less ground pressure, StVZO-compliant empty with linkage.

and MyDataPlant connection are standard in the PKE. No retrofitting, no compromises.
HYTRA® axle
The HYTRA® axle is an in-house development from Zunhammer that combines hydraulic suspension with precise Ackermann steering in the steering trapeze. The track rod and steering cylinder are protected behind the axle center tube – this protects against damage in the field and reduces maintenance costs. The four driving modes of the LENA-TWIN forced steering system – automatically controlled via a gyroscope, without a push rod to the tractor – ensure tight cornering in the field and smooth straight-line driving on the road. The result: less damage to the field, less tire wear and significantly more driving stability, even on slopes.
GRP tank / lightweight construction
At 6.80 m, the GRP tank of the PROFI-Tanker PKE is significantly longer than the SKE tank – this creates more volume while keeping the weight low. The unladen weight without distribution rods is less than 10 tons. The weight advantage makes it possible to operate larger and heavier distributor booms up to 36 m working width on the rear three-point linkage without exceeding the StVZO support load limits. The rotary lobe pumps positioned centrally at the front and the RotaCut® act as a counterweight – a well thought-out system concept that combines performance and roadworthiness.
ISOBUS / Digital control
The PROFI-Tanker PKE is fully ISOBUS-integrated – all functions run via the terminal in the tractor, no separate control unit required. Section Control switches off individual hoses with GPS support to avoid overlapping and double fertilization. VAN Control dual continuously measures total nitrogen, ammonium, phosphorus, potash and dry matter in the slurry using an NIR sensor and automatically adjusts the application rate. Documentation is fully automatic in ISO-XML format, compatible with MyDataPlant and common field files.
Three-point cat. 4 / load balancing
The newly designed three-point corresponds to category 4 and carries up to 6 tons of drawbar load – twice as much as standard designs. This is made possible by the specific weight distribution of the PKE: the double pumps positioned centrally at the front and the RotaCut® form a systemic counterweight to the rear attachment. When empty, the vehicle has no negative drawbar load – a critical safety advantage when coupling and uncoupling. Tillage implements, trailing shoe or GlideFix distributors up to 36 m wide can be operated without compromising road approval.
RotaCut® 12.000
Centered at the front. 20 % more power.
The large cutting unit is located at the front center of the vehicle – streamlined, with a short supply line. 20 % more cutting performance compared to the 10,000 cm predecessor. Can be docked from the left, right, top and front.
Double pumps
Twice as powerful, precisely controlled
Two inclined, hydrostatically driven rotary lobe pumps deliver 8,000 or 12,000 liters per minute, depending on the equipment. Each pump is controlled by its own hydraulic motor – for smooth flow and stable dosing.
TerraCare
Road firm, field soft
The tires adjust to the target pressure at the touch of a button. Higher for easy traction on the road, lower for lower ground pressure in the field. Less ground pressure, protected sward, better traction.
