The elastic hopper is the centerpiece of most docking systems. Mounted on transporters, hopper stations or on field edge containers, it allows clean overfilling even on sloping terrain. With nominal widths of 150, 200 and 250 mm, fast filling times are no problem. The soft material means there are no wearing parts to replace.
DUPLO nozzle distribution technology
The slurry technology manufacturer Zunhammer develops the Duplo nozzle with a view to clean green fodder.
Technically, the key difference to the tried and tested nozzles is the line spacing. This is reduced from 25 cm to 12.5 cm, which results in significantly narrower slurry strips per outlet.
ISOBUS electronics
The ISOBUS control system simplifies and standardizes the operation of implement-specific displays. All functions of the slurry tanker can now be displayed and controlled via the ISOBUS terminal in the tractor. This increases convenience and improves data management. This makes it easier to transfer data from the tractor and slurry tanker to the office PC and into a field database.
